Contact and Dealership Application Privacy Notice
This notice explains the handling of personal data you provide through the contact and dealership application forms on the Routa Aluminium Systems website.

2. Data collected and purposes of processing
Your first and last name, email address, phone number, system of interest and message are processed to assess your information or quotation request and respond to you. Dealership applications also include your company name and city/district to assess your application and proposed cooperation. Your acknowledgment of this notice and the submission time are included in the form email to record that the notice was provided.
3. Collection method and legal grounds
Data is collected electronically through the web forms you complete and delivered by email. Depending on your request, processing relies on establishing or performing a contract under Article 5(2)(c) of Turkish Law No. 6698, establishing, exercising or protecting a right under Article 5(2)(e), or legitimate interests under Article 5(2)(f), provided your fundamental rights and freedoms are not harmed.
4. Who may receive your data?
Your application may be shared with authorized Routa staff for assessment and response, and with technical service providers to the extent necessary to operate the website and email service. Data may be disclosed to competent public authorities where legally required.
5. Retention period
Data is retained for the period necessary to handle your application and meet applicable legal obligations. When the grounds for processing no longer apply, it is deleted, destroyed or anonymized in accordance with applicable law.
6. Your rights and requests
Under Article 11 of Law No. 6698, you may learn whether your data is processed, request information about processing, learn its purpose and whether it is used accordingly, and learn the third parties receiving it. You may request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data, deletion or destruction when the relevant conditions apply, and notification of these actions to recipients. You may object to an adverse outcome resulting from exclusively automated analysis and seek compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing. Send requests using the contact details above, with information allowing your identity to be verified and through the methods prescribed by applicable law.
7. Form acknowledgment and external services
The checkbox records that you have read this notice. It does not authorize promotional emails, calls or messages. The acknowledgment accompanies your application email.
